Michelle Nava is a Director at JF Capital Advisors. Michelle has over 7 years of hospitality experience working for multiple hotel brands both at corporate and property level. ​

Previously, Michelle was a corporate development senior analyst at Accor after their acquisition of sbe, a leading international hospitality group that develops, manages and operates award-winning global hospitality brands. During her four years at sbe, Michelle worked in departments including corporate development and finance. She supported the brand’s pipeline growth by leading investment analysis and feasibility for all hotel and branded residential projects across North America. The most noteworthy projects Michelle helped execute include SLS Scottsdale, Artista San Antonio, and Legacy Miami.​

Prior to sbe, Michelle began her hospitality career by joining Hilton Worldwide’s Management Development Program, where she specialized in Finance and Accounting. Upon program completion at Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel, she was promoted to Assistant Director of Finance at Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek Complex, where she assisted with monthly reporting, quarterly re-forecasting, and annual budgeting.​

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in real estate. ​

Michelle resides in New York and works closely with the JF Capital Advisors team on deals throughout the United States. ​
